I help people overcome life’s challenges through a combination of counselling, therapy and really good advice from my practice in the heart of Fremantle.

We all face difficulties in our lives at some point and its perfectly okay to need a little extra help to get through them. I help adult individuals experiencing a broad range of concerns with a focus on work / workplace issues, anxiety, depression and stress.

I provide psychotherapy and Counselling in Fremantle, WA for adult individuals and strive to address both presenting issues as well as long-term well-being. My clients are mainly adult individuals who are experiencing a range of difficulties including but not limited to work/workplace related issues, stress, panic attacks, anxiety and depression. If I feel that my approach is not the best fit for your circumstances, I will be happy to refer you to another recommended psychologist in my network so feel free to send me a message if you have any issues you might like help with.

As a registered Psychologist in Perth. I am an strong proponent of scientific and evidence-based approaches in all my work. I strongly believe in feedback informed treatment and where applicable, make use of outcome rating scales to measure your progress through your sessions with me. Overall, I draw on a range modalities, including cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT), dialectical behaviour therapy (DBT), mindfulness-based interventions and skills training. Don’t stress if these terms are unfamiliar to you, I will always explain everything i’m doing and will only proceed with your consent.
